President
The President chairs the Panhellenic Council and acts as the liaison between the Greek community and the University. Commitments include serving on numerous committees, including the Commission on Student Affairs, Greek Life Advisory Council, Recruitment Team, Programming Team, Administrative Team, and chairs the Recommendation Committee. The President also works in conjunction with the Chamber of Commerce and Town Gown meetings to arrange Panhellenic involvement in the Blacksburg community. Additionally, the President attends all functions sponsored by the Panhellenic Council, meets weekly with the Panhellenic Advisor, holds biweekly Presidents roundtables with all sorority presidents, and attends a designated regional conference once during her term. During Recruitment, the President serves as a Floater and handles the investigation of and penalties for recruitment infractions. Must have previously served on the Panhellenic Council.

VP Recruitment
The Vice President of Recruitment is responsible for planning and implementing formal Recruitment for our community. She organizes the details of the Recruitment activities and conveys all pertinent information to the chapter Recruitment Chairs. Additionally, she leads weekly meetings with the Recruitment Team and meetings with the Recruitment Chairs from each chapter.

VP Student Conduct
The Vice President of Student Conduct chairs the Judicial Committee and coordinates the Greek Judicial Board and selection of Greek Judicial Board members. Duties include reviewing and approving all social and philanthropic activities of the chapters of the Panhellenic Association and attending a President's roundtable once per semester to review risk management policies. Additionally, the Vice President of Student Conduct holds roundtables once per semester with the Philanthropy Officers, Risk Management Officers, and New Member Education Officers and serves on the Administrative Team. Attending a designated regional conference is required once during the term and during Recruitment, the Vice President of Judicial Affairs serves as a Head of House.

VP Finance
The Vice President of Finance manages all financial matters of the Panhellenic Council and Association, creating and submitting the annual budget to the budget board and requests funding. Other tasks include ensuring that officers are aware of their budgets and overseeing spending, collecting all member dues, maintaining current records, paying bills in a timely manner, and chairing the Administrative Team. Once a year, the Vice President of Finance attends a designated regional conference and during Recruitment serves as a Head of House.

VP Programming
Responsible for the overall chapter development program of the Panhellenic Association, the Vice President of Programming chairs the Programming Team and plans at least one speaker each semester for the membership of the Panhellenic Association. Additionally, the Vice President of Programming coordinates the Greek Peer Health Advocacy Program, organizes the Greek Awards Ceremony in conjunction with the respective officer from the other Greek councils, attends a designated regional conference, serves on Greek Life Advisory Committee, and during Recruitment serves as a Head of House.

VP Marketing
The Vice President of Marketing maintains the responsibility of creating and implementing a marketing plan for Formal Recruitment, creating a marketing strategy for all Panhellenic and Greek events, and conveys pertinent information concerning Panhellenic events to the Greek community, Virginia Tech community, and greater Blacksburg communities. Additionally, the Vice President of Marketing serves on the Programming Team, serves as the webmaster for the Panhellenic web site, and attends a designated regional conference. During Formal Recruitment, the Vice President of Marketing serves as a Head of House.

Director of Membership
The Director of Membership is responsible for coordinating formal recruitment registration and the assignment of each potential new member to a recruitment group. She serves on the Recruitment Team and Recruitment Committee and takes meeting minutes during Recruitment Committee meetings. Further duties for the Director of Membership include arranging potential new member housing and meals during recruitment, maintaining the database of potential new members for recruitment, working in conjunction with the Director of Recruitment Guides to plan the New Member Orientation, creating recruitment evaluations and compiling the information to create a report of the findings and coordinating the Panhellenic Council's involvement in the Student Activities Organizational Showcase. The Director of Administration assists in the selection of Recruitment Guides and serves as the Bus Operations Manager/ Troubleshooter during Formal Recruitment.

Director of Recruitment Guides
The Director of Recruitment Guides is responsible for coordinating the selection of Recruitment Guides and planning and executing the Recruitment Guide course and retreat. She serves on the Recruitment Team and the Recruitment Committee, and works in conjunction with the Director of Membership to plan the New Member Orientation. She arranges for hotel accommodations for Recruitment Guides and Panhellenic Executive Council during Recruitment, and serves as a Floater. Additionally, she coordinates the Recruitment Guides during the Recruitment events.

Director of Scholarship
The Director of Scholarship is responsible for working with sororities in the area of academics. She will provide resources and hold roundtables to assist sororities in maintaining high levels of scholarship. She also emphasizes recognition of academic excellence through various programs. She is responsible for planning events during the National Panhellenic Month of the Scholar. In addition, she partakes in the Health Advocate Program, serving as a liaison between the Women’s Center and the Panhellenic community. She is resourceful and supportive of all Panhellenic women with issues relevant to substance abuse, relationships, body image, reproductive health, depression, anxiety, sexual assault, and eating disorders.

Director of Community Outreach
The Director of Community Outreach is responsible for organizing community service events for the Panhellenic Community. She will coordinate and represent Panhellenic's involvement in Relay for Life, the Big Event, Take Back the Night, etc. She also works with the chapter philanthropy chairs to set a calendar for all the sorority philanthropy events.

Director of Panhellenic Relations
The Director of Panhellenic Relations serves as the liaison between the Panhellenic Council and the Interfraternity Council, UCFS, and National Pan-Hellenic Councils, as she attends all IFC, UCFS, and NPHC meetings. Further, the Director of Panhellenic Relations produces a calendar of major sorority social events at the beginning of each semester, such as formals, semi-formals, date/crush parties, parent's weekend, and alumni events. The calendar also includes all major Panhellenic events, such as Greek Week, Greek Awards, and speakers. The Director of Panhellenic Relations is a member of the Administrative Team and serves as a Recruitment Guide during Recruitment.

Director of New Member Education
The duties of the Director of New Member Education include chairing the New Member Education Committee, coordinating the Junior Panhellenic Council, planning New Member speakers, and serving on the Programming Team. During Formal Recruitment, the Director of New Member Education serves as a Recruitment Guide.

Director of Administration
The Director of Administration serves on the Administrative Team and produces minutes from all Panhellenic Executive Council meetings. She organizes the contact information between the Executive Council members, chapter delegates, and chapter officers and takes attendance at the Panhellenic Executive Council meetings. Additionally, the Director of Administration distributes information to delegates during Panhellenic Executive meetings, applies for regional conference awards, reviews the Panhellenic bylaws annually with the President and Panhellenic Advisor, and serves as a Recruitment Guide during Formal Recruitment.
 

Adam Cantley

Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life
The current Assistant Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life, Adam Cantley, advises the Panhellenic Council, its 12 chapters, and Rho Lambda Honor Society. He also helps with the Interfraternity Council when needed.
